Cercis canadensis 'Ruby Falls'

Common name redbud.  This is a hardy cross of a 'Forest Pansy' x 'Covey', a compact genetic "combo" of purple foliage in a redbud weeper.  Staking this redbud until it reaches 8 feet it will reward the effort with small stature and clearly unique character.  Early spring shows pink flowers and purple leaves.  Plant in sun-shade.  Zones 5-9
