Dryopteris 'filix mas'

This clump forming New England native will tolerate some sun, especially if the soil is moist.  Draught tolerant in shady areas.  Male Fern will form a large colony or it can be divided regularly to maintain the symmetry of the specimen.  A moderate creeper.  Native to the US.  Plant Part Shade/Shade. (Hardy to Zone 4)
