Epimedium grandiflorum 'Princess Susan' NEW 2023

(Harold Epstein) A beautiful, large-flowered selection from Harold's garden, named after his daughter. Flowers are a crisp contract of cherry-rose inner sepals and pure white petals/spurs against small,  bright green leaflets. Foliage grows more horizontally than that of other Epimediums. 8" in bloom with a second growth flush to 13". A late bloomer. Plant in well-drain yet moist/fertile soil in dappled shade or morning sun. Once established may tolerate dry shady gardens.
