The second growth flush has even better foliage color for an extended season of beauty. The flowers have sepals that are blue-lavender streaked in rose. Angular white spurs have a lavender streak and a slight downward tilt. 7” in bloom with a very horizontal growth habit. Second growth to 12".  Unlike most grandiflorums, it tolerates alkaline soils.
