Hosta Royal Crest ppaf (L)

(Walters Gardens, Inc. 2018) This is a perfect addition to the fragrant hosta collection.  It is a next generation hybrid of H. Royal Standard.  It is a more polished plant than its parent with thicker foliage. The medium green, shiny leaves show heavier substance than the traditional fragrant varieties.  Has good sun tolerance here in the northern states.  Large white, fragrant flowers bloom August to early September.
