One of the very few native ornamental grasses with variegated foliage. This amazing selection of little bluestem comes from French Nurseryman, Thierry Delabroye, who discovered it as a seedling of Schizachryrium scoparium 'The Blues'. The glaucous foliage is edged with a sandy creamy border. As the weather cools, the foliage also takes on a reddish pink overlay. Plant full sun. Zone 3a-8b
