Vaccinium angustifolium 'Michigan'

(VAN BERKUM NURSERY) This cultivar has flavorful berries and a compact habit. It is resistant to lead spot. Light pink flowers appear between May and June. It is a carefree, woody native ground cover with a long list of attributes including delicious blueberries, crisp glossy foliage that erupts into brilliant autumn colors. Shearing growth every 2-3 years gives best berry production. Hardy to Zone 3.
