(Walters Gardens) Commonly called Birdfood Violet or Mountain Pansy is distinct in the Violet world for its bi-color flowers and narrow dissected foliage resembling that of a bird's foot. Dense clumps of foliage is covered in flowers beginning in spring. Needs full sun and well drained soils to thrive.
